| General Info
Private swimming pool with sea view, dimensions: 4 x 8 m kidney shape with ladder in the shallow end, also 7 sun-beds and 3 umbrellas. We take care about the maintenance and cleaning of the pool daily.
The pool can be heated up to 28-30 degrees Celsius so you can enjoy the swimming at the pool even the cold days of the winter. The heating of the swimming pool is optional.
There are 4 bedrooms , 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs ( 3 double and one twin), also 3 bathrooms. Some of the bedrooms have sea view and some mountain view.
The ground floor bedroom and bathroom has handicapped facilities.
Honeymoon
Our Villas are ideal for your honeymoon retreat in Cyprus. Located in a quiet area they will give you the peace and quite you will long for on your honeymoon.
- There are 6 Air-Conditioning units where can be used for cooling or heating
- Those are distributed: 1 in each bedroom and 2 the lounge and kitchen area (open plan)
- The use of Air-conditioning units (for cooling) are optional are charged extra with the additional cost of 3.00 Cyprus Pounds per day .
- You may select on request any no. of units when you arrive at the villa.
- In addition with the A/C where can be used for heating as well, we have established central heating units which is better for the winter season and those are included in our price (if you need that pls inform us to turn the boiler ON)

Kitchen & Dining room (open plan)
A fully equipped kitchen it make the villa more operational. This includes:
- Dishwasher
- Electric Hobs and air extractor
- Oven
- Fridge
- Microwave
- Toaster , Kettle, Coffee maker
- Full set of kitchen utensils
Dining room :
12 persons can sit at the dining room table

- Cloths washing machine

Maid service :
Provided once a week and includes cleaning and changing of linen (sheets and towels)

- TV 2 2 '' with Satellite and local channels located in the lounge downstairs
- TV 14" in the master bedroom upstairs

Balconies, Verandas & Garden area:
There is a common and private balconies for the bedroom upstairs overlooking the pool and sea. In addition there is a big veranda in the front of the pool for the the downstairs bedroom . Barbeque:
There is a professional BBQ in the outside area of the villa where you can cook your grilled meat using charcoals, or you can make our traditional "Cyprus souvla". For that there is the appropriate equipments.
